Pear & Vanilla Gin Liqueur
"I can't Pear to be apart!"
Using Donkey Jack with its citrus notes as the base, we have made this gin liqueur by steeping pears, vanilla and sweetening with dark honey. The result is a light floral liqueur, reminiscent of pear blossom. The use of honey as the sweetener adds a velvety mouthfeel but which is not too sugar sweet.
