The Perfect Serve

The Pear and Vanilla Martini.  Looks very sophisticated, but is very easy to make!  All you need is a dash of flare!

The Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon sugar for the glass
  • 15 ml of Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml of Driftwood Pear and Vanilla Liqueur
  • 30 ml of Amaretto
  • 10 ml of chocolate bitters
  • Slice of pear, cinnamon and dark chocolate to garnish

The Method:

  • Put some ice into the glass that you are going to drink
    your cocktail from.
  • In a tall glass or cocktail shaker add the lemon juice
    and the Driftwood Pear & Vanilla Liqueur; stir together
  • Add in the Ameretto, chocolate bitters; stir together
  • Add in ice and stir or shake if you have a cocktail shaker
  • Empty your serving glass of ice and pour the cinnamon
    sugar onto a saucer
  • Dust the rim of your glass
  • Strain the cocktail liquid into your serving glass
  • Garnish with slice of pear, and sprinkle over the
    dark chocolate.
